Quality Shopper is a Mystery Shopping service provider operating throughout New Zealand.  We conduct undisclosed customer service questionnaires for our clients to help determine their standard of service from a customer’s point of view.

We are looking for individuals who are; detail oriented, trustworthy, eager to learn, observant, objective and fair, responsible about deadlines, and have good literacy.  A successful Mystery Shopper considers customer service a paramount attribute to the continuing success of a business.

As an Independent Mystery Shopper, your responsibility would be to objectively and accurately observe the quality of service and overall shopping experience received from a selected store, followed by completing an accurate evaluation report.

Once registered as a QS Mystery Shopper, your details will be listed on our nationwide database and you will be offered assignments based on your profile and geographical location.

Assignments are usually brief questionnaires and payment for each is usually between $20-$50 or you may receive benefits depending on the nature of the assignment i.e. free products/services, or a combination of both.  Occasionally you will need to purchase a product/service which you will be fully reimbursed for.

We will notify you of any assignments you may be interested in and it is simply your choice if you wish to accept an assignment.

For the success of our business it is vital that you take your role seriously and are as objective as possible.  All questionnaires are read and analyzed by our qualified consultants and the offer of further assignments will be dependent on the quality of data you have gathered.
